- Shipping: Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Processing: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in their original condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
